US occupation smuggles 89 tankers carrying stolen Syrian oil to its bases in Iraq

The US occupation has stolen a new batch of Syrian oil, in a new crime aiming at depriving the Syrian people of their national wealth and starving them and in further violation of the international laws and principles.

Local sources in Al-Yaroubia area in Hasakah countryside told SANA reporter that the US occupation forces in Syria on Saturday smuggled 89 tankers, loaded with Syrian oil stolen from the oilfields of the Syrian al-Jazira region, to their illegal bases in the Iraqi territories via the illegal Al-Mahmoudiya crossing which is dedicated for smuggling stolen Syrian oil.

Two days ago, the US occupation also smuggled 144 tankers loaded with stolen Syrian oil to the Iraqi territories through the same crossing.

A report published by the Czech “CZ24” website on Saturday, said that Washington systematically plunders the Syrian oil and wheat and continues to occupy Syrian territories in blatant violation of the international law. The report pointed out the US occupation has recently intensified its acts of looting Syria’s natural resources.
