Moscow (ST): A source in the Russian mission to the United Nations said that Moscow had requested a session of the UN Security Council tomorrow to discuss the Ukrainian attacks on the Zaburoje nuclear plant.

Novosti reported the source as saying:  “This request came due to the Ukrainian attacks on the Zaburoje station and its potential catastrophic consequences”.

Another source in the UN Security Council said that Russia “would like to submit the Director General of the International Atomic Energy Agency Rafael Ghusi a report on the situation in the station in front of the session.”
