Palestinians injured as settlers attacked them south of Hebron

Occupied Jerusalem (ST): A number of Palestinians were injured today when Israeli settlers attacked them in Masafer Yatta, south of Hebron in the West Bank.

The coordinator of the popular committees against the wall and settlements south of Hebron, Ratib Jabour, told Wafa that dozens of settlers attacked a demonstration against settlements and the ongoing Israeli plans to displace Palestinians from Masafer Yatta, injuring a number of them.

Yesterday, Israeli settlers stormed agricultural land in the Al-Ma’arjat area, west of Jericho in the West Bank, and broke the branches of a number of olive trees.
