Health minister discusses with WHO’s delegation ways of enhancing cooperation

DAMASCUS, Aug.1, (ST) The Minister of Health Hasan Al-Ghabbash discussed on Monday with Acting representative of the World Health Organization ( WHO) in Syria Eman Al-Chankiti and the accompanying delegation the task of the organization in Syria and the ways to enhance the cooperation with the aim of supporting the supply of medical equipment.

The two sides reviewed the importance of overcoming the difficulties and to speed up measures to achieve better response to reach the proper medical service to needy people.

Al-Chankiti affirmed WHO’s readiness to exert every possible efforts to supply the health sector in Syria with all devices.
