Our armed forces celebrate the 77th anniversary of the founding of the Syrian Arab Army
Our valiant armed forces celebrated today the seventy -seventh anniversary of the founding of the Syrian Arab Army, where military and sports shows were held in the military units, colleges and educational facilities.
The fighters showed a high skill and a distinguished performance that expresses the courage of the Syrian Arab fighter.
On this occasion, the military leaders delivered words in which they affirmed that the memory of the Army Day is an incentive for more giving for the sake of the homeland.
They stressed that our valiant army with his men capable of making glories and victories in every time and place, and today it is fully prepared to liberate each inch of the Syrian lands fromterrorism and occupation.
The military leaders concluded their words by renewing the covenant of the people, the homeland and the leader of the homeland, President, Lieutenant General Bashar al -Assad, to make efforts and sacrifices in order to preserve the dignity, sovereignty and independence of Syria.
The leaders of the military regions also visited the martyrs and put wreaths of the flower in the name of the President, Lieutenant -General Bashar al -Assad, Commander -in -Chief of the Army and the Armed Forces, on the memorial and read Al –Fatihah on the lives of the martyrs and performed the official salute.
