Various artistic performances within the Jableh Summer Cultural Festival

The activities of the Jableh Sixth Cultural Summer Festival, which will last for two days, kicked off yesterday on the stage of the Cultural Center in Jableh.
The activities of the first day of the Qardaha Cultural Forum included an exhibition of arts and handicrafts, dance performances by the Gabala band, in addition to music and singing by the Youth Union of the Revolution Youth Ensemble in Jableh.
The director of the forum, Ammar Merhej, said that this festival has become an annual tradition, and this year is characterized by cultural diversity in various fields, including an exhibition of handicrafts such as sewing, cutting and crochet art.
The exhibition official Hasna al-Saeed stressed the importance of this exhibition, which embodies the creativity of Syrian women and their ability to transform neglected fabrics into art and a successful investment project, pointing to the establishment of a free workshop that will continue until the end of this week within the exhibition for those wishing to learn handicrafts and recycling fabrics with the aim of promoting heritage in region.
Regarding the participation of the Gabala Troupe in the festival, the director of the band, Afaf al-Abdullah, indicated that the young girls of the Gabala Troupe presented 3 dance performances from ballet, contemporary dance and a national painting. .
The poet and director of the forum, Ammar Merhej, recited three sentimental and romantic poems, while the poet Ahmed al-Hallaq sang in his poem in the city of martyrs Jableh, while the participation of the poet Sarah Khair Bek came with three poems.
The poet Raeda Al-Qabili presented three prose texts, one of which is about Jableh, in addition to the participation of the poet Ahmed Iskandar Ahmed with lyrical poems.
