Israeli occupation demolishes 2 Palestinian houses in the west of Salfit city

OCCUPIED AL-QUDS, Jul.26, (ST)- The Israeli occupation forces demolished this morning and last night the houses of Palestinian detainees Yehya Miri and Samih Assi in Qarawat Bani Hassan town, west of the northern West Bank city of Salfit, according to witnesses.

They said a large occupation’s army force accompanied by a bulldozer raided the town last night and surrounded the two houses before forcing all their residents and neighbors to leave the area.

The army demolished the Assi house during the night and blow up the Miri house in the morning after rigging it with explosives in an all-night operation.

Witnesses said residents clashed with the raiding forces who used tear gas and rubber-coated metal bullets to disperse the crowds.
