Washington continues to pump arms to Ukraine without any deterrent, says Medvedev

Moscow, (ST) – Deputy Chairman of the Russian Security Council Dmitry Medvedev stressed that Washington continues to pump weapons into Ukraine without any deterrent. “It does not take the lesson from its great failure in Afghanistan”, he added.

RT website quoted Medvedev as saying on Wednesday that, “despite the fiasco in Afghanistan last year, leaving military equipment worth $85 billion, the White House continues to pump weapons without any oversight and calculation.”

Medvedev pointed out that, Ukraine is rapidly becoming a powerful suction for US weapons. He said that, the US Department of Defense denies everything, creates lies, and suppresses any voice that tries to object.”

Medvedev described the United States as the actual financier of international terrorism. He said that, American weapons supplied to Ukraine will reach the hands of criminals all over the world.”
