Thousands of services rendered since the beginning of the year through 71 citizen service centers in the governorates

The 71 citizen service centers distributed over the governorates provide many services related to civil, real estate, judicial and temporary records, in addition to administrative licenses

The numbers of services exceeded thousands since the beginning of the year until last month. 

The Head of the Informatics Department, Eng. Nisreen Bilal at the Ministry of Local Administration and Environment, explained that the total services provided in the service centers in Damascus since the beginning of this year until the beginning of last June amounted to more than 160,000 transactions for the civil registry, more than 40,000 transactions for the judicial registry, and more than 45,000 transactions for the general register of employees, 10,000 transactions for the temporary registry, 5,000 for real estate interests, 650 for administrative licenses, 8,000 for lease contracts services, and 3,500 transactions for urban planning and planning services. 

According to Bilal, the services provided in the service centers in Homs exceeded 100,000 transactions for the civil registry, 35,000 for their counterparts in the service centers in Hama governorate, and 65,000 in the centers of Damascus countryside, in addition to the services of the judicial registry

Bilal added that the general registry of workers, the real estate registry, document authentication services from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Expatriates, temporary registry services and administrative licenses Urban planning and planning services. 

Bilal indicated that the total services provided by the specialized real estate citizen service center amounted to 42,000 transactions until the beginning of last May, varying between a real estate and survey registration statement and an ownership statement

Bilal said that work is underway to equip all centers with the solar energy system, similar to the service centers distributed in Damascus, Hama and others

Bilal said that the service centers are distributed to 15 centers in Damascus, 7 in Damascus countryside, 3 in Aleppo, 6 in Hama, 4 in Lattakia, 7 in Tartous, two centers in Deir Ezzor, 17 in Homs, 4 in Sweida, 4 in Daraa, and two centers in Quneitra.
During the past year, service centers in the governorate of Damascus provided more than 880,000 services, including 500,000 transactions for the civil registry, 120,000 transactions for the criminal record, and 110,000 transactions for the general registry of workers.
