The preparations of the Syrian women’s football team continue for the West Asian Championship, which will be held in Jordan at the end of next month, through a training camp that was launched recently in Al-Fayhaa Sports City in Damascus.
The training camp, which will be held with the participation of 32 players and under the supervision of coach Salim Jeblawi, includes intensive classes focused on raising the physical fitness and skill level of the players. At the end of the camp, their level will be evaluated in order to select the best for the next tournament.
This participation comes after a great break from the foreign participations of our female teams, as the participation of our players in the past three seasons was limited to a number of local competitions.
