The participants, who came from several governorates, set forth from “Kassab”  area towards the beach of Al-Badrosiyah, penetrating the green forests that survived the fires and preserved their freshness, passing through Al-Isawiya and Ras Al-Basit to  the end of the promenade  on the shore of Wadi Qandil after passing the mountains separating it from Umm al-Toyour .

Leader of the “Syrian Adventure” team Ibrahim Sa’oud  said in a statement  “The activity aims to highlight   the beauty of Syrian nature and  the environmental and tourism importance of the areas the participants  visited, in addition to raising  awareness about  preserving  this  natural  wealth”.

He indicated that such activities provide an opportunity to meet new friends from other governorates and enhance social relationships  to overcome obstacles and find solutions to the difficulties they face during their activities.

The twenty-six-year old  Anoud Al-Hatimi  from the Yabroud area in Damascus countryside, described the walk as a wonderfully beautiful experience that frees the soul from  the boring routine of life and the daily pressures to give the soul a space of calm and comfort.

The young  Eva Mustafa , from the Afrin area in  Aleppo province , pointed out that she has participated in the team’s activities since its foundation   to test new challenges that help her develop her life skills and make new friends to exchange expertise in all fields.
