Under-16 women’s basketball team will meet Samoa in Asian Cup for second level

Syria’s national under-16 women’s basketball team will open its participation in the Asian Cup for the second level hosted by Jordan, by meeting the Samoa team tomorrow.

Within its group in the championship, our team will meet with the Philippines national team next Saturday and the Indonesia one next Sunday.  The delegation of our team includes Chairperson of the team Zeina Nassar, director of the team Hilal Dajani, Coach Ashraf Derekzali, assistant coach Sherine Ismail, the two administrators Hoda Nasr and Ruba Al-Hakim and the physiotherapist Najwa Uday.

Our team was preparing for the championship through a local training camp in Al-Fayhaa Sports City in Damascus, which lasted for a week and concluded onWednesday.
