Two Palestinian prisoners continue with their hunger strike

OCCUPIED AL-QUDS, Jun.22, (ST)- Two Palestinian prisoners, Raed Rayan and Muhammad Nawara, continue their open-ended hunger strike in protest against the continuous Israeli occupation crimes towards the prisoners.

The spokesman for the Palestinian Prisoners and Ex-Prisoners Affairs Commission, Hassan Abd Rabbo, said in a statement to Wafa Agency that Nawara continues his strike for the 9th  day, while Rayan continues his strike for the 77th  day, amid the deterioration of his health conditions, as he suffers from severe weight loss, lack of fluids and cases of dizziness and vomiting.

Yesterday, prisoner Khalil Awawda suspended his hunger strike, which lasted for 111 days, after his victory in the Battle of Will over the occupation authorities, who acquiesced to his demands for his release. As a result, prisoner Zakaria Al-Zubaidi suspended his 17-day strike in support of prisoner Awawda.
