Opening of “Made in Syria” shopping festival on Baniyas Corniche

Under the patronage of Governor of Tartous, lawyer Safwan Abu Saada, and Damascus Chamber of Industry and its countryside, and in cooperation with Tartous Chamber of Commerce and Industry, the monthly family shopping festival (Made in Syria) was opened under the title “Welcome to Summer” on Baniyas Corniche and the festival continues until June 18.

For his part, the Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Tartous Chamber of Commerce and Industry, MazenHammad, confirmed: It is an embodiment of cooperation between Damascus Chamber of Industry and Tartous Chamber of Commerce and Industry, with the participation of more than 100 national companies.

The organizer of the festival, the supervisor of the work team in the Damascus Chamber of Industry and its countryside, Muhammad Al-Omar, said:

Our desire was to launch the 137th session of the festival from the most beautiful areas in Baniyas, to be a distinguished session to introduce companies to domestic tourism and support the national product by providing products directly from the producer to the consumer. Offers and discounts range  from 15 to 35%.

In turn, the head of Baniyas City Council, Eng. Bashar Hamza, said: The festival is an important economic platform because its slogan is from producer to consumer, and this constitutes an important opportunity for industrialists to market their products directly.
