Political plan-committee adopts decisions (2)

DAMASCUS,(ST)_The ministerial committee recently formed to supervise the implementation of the endorsed political plan to resolve crisis in Syria has adopted a number of decisions after dwelling up executive issues.

According to SANA, the committee held a meeting today [Saturday] chaired by Dr.Wael al-Halqi, Prime Minister at the cabinet headquarters , and reviewed means of facilitating the arrival of humanitarian aid to affected people and using railways in this regard.

Moreover, the meeting dealt with rehabilitation of infrastructure, compensations to be paid to the affected citizens under defined rules.

The committee delegated the Ministry of the Syrian Arab Red Crescent to follow up the file of the Syrian citizens, who have been forced to leave to the neighboring countries.

It would facilitate their safe return to the homeland via borders and ensure temporary residences for the citizens whose homes destroyed during the events.

As for guarantees to be offered to the opposition forces that want to take part in the national dialogue, the committee discussed Interior Ministry’s memorandum and procedures to be taken.

On the other hand, the National Reconciliation Ministry has to draw up a list including names of prisoners and missing people to be published so that citizens could provide the ministry with available information about them.
