Ministerial Committee to Implement the Government Requirements for Political Program formed

DAMASCUS, (ST)- Prime Minister Dr. Wael al-Halqi issued on Sunday a decision to form a ministerial committee under his chairmanship to implement  what the cabinet decided six days ago..

According to the decision” the committee will undertake the responsibilities of the current  government(mentioned in the political program) as regards solving  the crisis in Syria.

The decision also provides for making communications  with the national opposition, parties and all the political forces and the civil society bodies including social, religious, economic bodies to commence  directly an open dialogue sessions in preparation for holding the comprehensive national dialogue conference.

The committee membership includes  Deputy Prime Minister for Economic Affairs and the Ministers of Transport, Information, Industry and Justice and Ministers of State for National Reconciliation Affairs, Syrian Arab Red Crescent Affairs and for People’s Assembly Affairs
