DAMASCUS, (ST)_President Bashar Al-Assad paid a homage on Saturday to the Martyr’s Monument (Unknown Soldier) on the 39th anniversary of the Liberation War of October .
According to SANA, the President laid a wreath on the tomb of the Martyr’s Monument, and recited verses from the Holy Quran.
At the site, President Al-Assad had heart-to-heart talks with some children of the Syrian hero Martyrs about the sublime meanings of martyrdom and sacrifices.
