Al-Quds International Foundation in Syria launches “Al-Quds Prize for Plastic Arts”

The Al-Quds International Foundation- Syria branch- and the Syrian Plastic Artists Union have launched an annual competition under the title “Al-Quds Prize for Plastic Arts”.

Participating artworks should be either a 120×100 cm painting or a sculpture depicting the city of Al-Quds as a cultural metropolis.

Applicants for the contest should visit the headquarters of the Syrian Plastic Artists Union between January 20 and April 20 to present their works. The participating artists must be members of the Plastic Artist Union, which will select the winning work.

The result of the contest will be announced during a specialized exhibition for the participating works this spring.

The winner will receive a financial prize of 1 million Syrian pounds (SYP).
