Palestinian Foreign Ministry: Israeli settlers’ attacks on the Palestinians amount to war crimes

The Palestinian Ministry of Foreign Affairs has stressed that crimes being committed by the Israeli settlers against the Palestinians in the occupied territories amount to war crimes and crimes against humanity, urging the international community to designate the settler gangs as terrorist.

In a statement reported by the Palestinian WAFA News Agency, the ministry said that the settler attacks on the Palestinians under the protection of the Israeli occupation forces have escalated.

The ministry pointed out that the world can’t ignore the settlers’ daily violations and acts of vandalism against the Palestinians and their properties in the occupied territories, most recent of which occurred today when the settlers stormed into a mosque and several agricultural lands in the West Bank city of Al-Khalil and attacked the Palestinians there, causing injuries to dozens of them and vandalizing tens of dunums of agricultural land.
