The Israeli occupation wounds dozens of Palestinians in the West Bank
On May 29th, a number of Palestinians were injured when the Israeli occupation forces stormed several towns west of Jenin in the West Bank.
Wafa news agency reported that the occupation forces stormed the towns of Faqqu’a, Anin, Al-Taybeh, Tora, Al-Arqa and Zabouba, located near the apartheid wall, amid firing poison gas and sound bombs, causing a number of Palestinians to suffocate.
The Israeli occupation forces intensified their military presence and set up checkpoints in the villages and towns south, southwest and northeast of Jenin.
Three Palestinians were wounded by the Israeli occupation forces’ bullets, south of Bethlehem in the West Bank.
The Palestinian Wafa Agency stated that the occupation forces stormed the Dheisheh refugee camp, southeast of the city, and fired at the Palestinians, injuring three of them, and one of them was described in serious condition.
Dozens of Palestinians were injured as a result of the Israeli settlers’ attack on them south of the city of Nablus in the West Bank.
The Palestinian Ma’an News Agency stated that the settlers stormed the town of Huwara, south of the city, under the protection of the Israeli occupation forces, and attacked the Palestinians by firing poison gas canisters, causing dozens of suffocation cases.
On the other hand, the Israeli occupation forces renewed their attacks on Palestinian farmers and fishermen in the besieged Gaza Strip.
The Palestinian Wafa Agency reported that the Israeli occupation forces stationed in the military towers in the east of the Gaza Strip opened fire with heavy machine guns and fired poison gas bombs on agricultural lands east of Al-Zaytoundistrict in the southeast of the Gaza Strip, forcing them to leave their lands.
The Israeli occupation navy also targeted Palestinian fishermen’s boats in the sea off Sudania, Jabalia and Beit Lahia in the northern Gaza Strip, forcing them to return to the shore.
