Conference of Investment Prospects and Visions in Reconstruction Phase continues its work in Damascus

The Syrian Economy Conference “Prospects and Visions of Investment in the Reconstruction Phase” continued its work today at Umayyad Palace of Conferences in Damascus.

The conference aims to discuss the reality of investment in Syria and introduce the investment opportunities available under the current circumstances.

During today’s sessions, the participants will discuss the role of expatriates in investment and reconstruction, the reality of free zones and industrial cities and steps to invest in them and partnership with the business sector and services provided by the Ministry of Local Administration in order to create an attractive investment environment. The investment opportunities in the areas of alternative energies, tourism and the reality of insurance in Syria will be also on the table .

The work of the conference will continue until tomorrow, with the participation of representatives from various ministries and public and private bodies.
