The LPR said that the military of Ukraine mined the Zarya plant in Rubizhne

During the retreat, Ukrainian servicemen mined a large Zarya chemical plant in Rubizhne with 49 tons of explosives, according to the security units at the Lugansk People’s Republic.

“They left behind a surprise in the form of a mine-laden warehouse with explosives. About 49 tons of TNT and ammonal,” they clarified.

The explosives were stored in warehouse 406, it could not only cause large-scale destruction, but also lead to a global man-made disaster, because there are several compounds with ammonia, nitric and sulfuric acids, paranthrotoluene, benzene and other dangerous substances nearby. Moreover, they planned to set the explosives in action using remote control of detonation at the moment when the explosion could cause the greatest damage.

It is noted later that the object has been neutralized and no longer poses a danger to people and the environment.
