Palestinian Foreign Ministry criticizes International community’s ignorance of Israeli violations

OCCUPIED AL-QUDS, May.5, (ST)- The Palestinian Ministry of Foreign Affairs reiterated that the escalation of the Israeli occupation’s attacks in the occupied city of Al-Quds [Jerusalem] and its shrines is the result of the international community’s ignorance of these violations and the continued bias of the United States and its support for the occupation entity.

It said in a statement issued on Thursday that giving a green light by the occupation government to hundreds of settlers to storm Al-Aqsa Mosque under the protection of its forces constitutes a blatant challenge to the international community and a violation of the existing historical and legal situation in an attempt to judaize it.

The ministry clarified that what happened this morning in Al-Aqsa Mosque is an evidence of this violation as the Israeli occupation completely closed the mosque’s doors, besieged worshipers  inside the mosque, and destroyed its door.
