The Russian Foreign Ministry: Moscow has taken everything necessary to reduce the risks of Western measures

Moscow (ST): The Russian Foreign Ministry announced that Moscow had taken timely measures to reduce the risks posed by the West’s actions against it.  Denis Gonchar, director of the CIS Department of the Ministry, told RIA Novosti : “We have begun to take prior measures to reduce the risks associated with the West’s unclean measures in the global economy.

Regarding how the crisis of Russian relations with the West affects Moscow’s cooperation with Azerbaijan and Armenia, Gonchar considered that the structure of Russian-Azerbaijani economic relations is little affected by negative external factors.
