The Palestinian Foreign Ministry condemns the international silence on the crimes of the occupation

The Palestinian Ministry of Foreign Affairs condemned the silence of the international community and its abandonment of its responsibilities towards the Palestinian people, pointing out that this failure is complicity that amounts to partnership with the Israeli occupation by covering up the crimes it is committing against the Palestinians.

The Foreign Ministry indicated in a statement today, circulated by Wafa Agency, that the occupation authorities have turned their forces into mobile machines to kill and oppress the Palestinians and steal their lives in their homes, streets and alleys of their cities, towns and camps, pointing out that the bloody incursions carried out by the occupation forces, which recently resulted in the death and injury of dozens, and the arrest of hundreds are still going on in a way that threatens to seriously escalate the situation.

The Foreign Ministry stressed that the crimes of the occupation amount to war crimes and crimes against humanity for which the international law is held accountable. This calls for urgent action by the International Criminal Court to open an investigation into the crimes of the occupation in order to stop them and hold those responsible to account.
