US-backed SDF militia besieges Al-Baath bakery in Qamishli

The US-backed “Syrian Democratic Forces” separatist militia (SDF) has besieged Al-Baath Bakery in the city of Qamishli in Hasakah and prevented citizens from getting bread.  

Director of the Bakeries Branch in the city Abdulla Al-Haser told SANA reporter that the bakery has stopped work because of the SDF militia’s aggressive practices.

The SDF militants has besieged Al-Baath bakery and prevented the access and exit of raw materials necessary for producing bread, he clarified, pointing out that this bakery is the main facility that secures bread to the neighborhoods in the city of Qamishli.

 Local sources pointed out that SDF militants besieged the bakery at 4 pm on Friday from the direction of Al-Shabab Sport City, confiscated the bread, prevented the citizens from entering the bakery and expelled the workers.
