SDF militia kidnaps young men in Raqqa to fight in its ranks

Raqqa, (ST) – The “SDF” militia affiliated with the American occupation forces continued its repressive practices against the people of the areas it controls in the Syrian Al-Jazeera, where its militants on Thursday kidnapped a number of young men in the city of Raqqa forcing them to fight in its ranks.

Local sources told SANA reporter that armed groups affiliated with the militia launched a massive raid campaign this morning in the city of Raqqa. They put military checkpoints, and kidnapped a number of young men from their homes, and took them to their compulsory recruitment camps to fight in their ranks.

The sources indicated that the militia has intensified its recent raids and kidnappings to compensate for the shortfall in its ranks As a result of the losses incurred by the escalation of its targeting by the popular factions on the one hand and the cases of fleeing from their camps and the refusal of the people to deal with them and sending their sons to those camps on the other hand.
