The Times: Britain plans to send more lethal weapons to Ukraine

The British newspaper, The Times, revealed that Britain plans to send more lethal weapons to Ukraine, including armored vehicles and additional supplies for portable anti-aircraft and anti-tank missile systems.

The newspaper quoted unidentified British government sources as saying that London “may send a number of Mastiffs or Jackal wagons to support the authorities in Kiev,” noting that among the new plans are also sending soldiers to one of Ukraine’s neighboring countries with the aim of training the Ukrainians military personnel on the use of  British equipment and weapons.

The same sources confirmed that Britain will continue to increase supplies of lethal weapons to Ukraine, as it believes that the next three weeks will be “decisive”, in terms of determining the outcome of hostilities in the country.

The US Bloomberg Agency revealed on Wednesday that the United States continues to send weapons to Ukraine, including a new batch that includes military equipment and “Switchblade 600” drones armed with warheads to breach tanks.
