Iraqi forces arrest 5 terrorists in Nineveh and Anbar

Baghdad (ST): Iraqi forces arrested five terrorists and seized five explosive belts in Nineveh and Anbar provinces, located in the north and west of the country.

Alsumaria News quoted the Baghdad Operations Command as saying in a statement that “through qualitative and proactive operations in the provinces of Nineveh and Anbar, the security forces were able to arrest five wanted persons in accordance with Article 4 of the Anti-Terrorism Law.”

The Iraqi forces also seized five explosive belts in the two mentioned governorates, according to the same statement.

Yesterday, Iraqi forces arrested 4 terrorists in the capital, Baghdad.
