Fomin: The Kiev authorities have caused the deterioration of the humanitarian situation in Ukraine

On April 4thRussian Deputy Defense Minister Alexander Fomin said that the humanitarian situation in Ukraine is worsening due to the actions of the Ukrainian authorities and Nazis.

“The Deputy Defense Minister said that the humanitarian situation in Ukraine is deteriorating, and this is happening first of all due to the actions of the Ukrainian authorities and the nationalist battalions that prevent citizens in cities from moving,” TASS quoted the Russian Defense Ministry as saying in a statement today after Fomin’s meeting with the UN Under-Secretary-General for Humanitarian Affairs Martin Griffiths

The statement added: “ The Russian Defense Ministry has shown concrete evidence of the genocide and atrocities committed by the Ukrainian leadership and its military units against civilians.
