Explosions and clashes occur in Al-Howl refugee camp in Hasakah countryside

Hasakah,(ST) –An explosion occurred at one of the gates of the Al-Howl refugee camp, which is controlled by the SDF militia in the eastern countryside of Hasakh.

The explosion was followed by violent clashes between the militia linked to the American occupation on the one hand and terrorists from the “ISIS” organization in the fifth section of the camp on the other hand.

 Local sources in the Al-Howl area confirmed to SANA reporter that, the clashes are still going on inside the camp, coinciding with hearing the sounds of explosions caused by grenades.

The sources pointed out that the SDF is calling on ISIS terrorists through loudspeakers to surrender.

The sources added that the militia cordoned off the fifth section of the Al-Howl camp in an attempt to regain control and stop the chaos that occurred inside it due to the spread of weapons inside the camp and the high number of killings that occurred in the camp over recent years.
