Popova: There are more than 300 US-funded biolabs in the world

Russia’s Federal Service for the Oversight of Consumer Protection and Welfare (Rospotrebnadzor) has stated that there are more than 300 US-funded biolabs in the world.

Anna Popova, Head of Rospotrebnadzor, said during the Annual All-Russian Congress on Infectious Diseases that “there are some areas where both American military and civilian laboratories are heavily present. The number of these laboratories is increasing day after day, and they are currently more than 300.”

She pointed out that some countries have built new such facilities against the background of the Corona virus pandemic crisis in the world.
