Iraqi security forces arrest a terrorist cell in Salah al-Din

Baghdad (ST): The Iraqi Intelligence Agency announced the arrest of a terrorist cell responsible for providing logistical support to ISIS elements in Salah al-Din Governorate in the center of the country.

The intelligence agency said in a statement carried by the Iraqi News Agency, that its members “through accurate intelligence information were able to arrest a cell of four terrorists within Salah al-Din Governorate,” adding that “through preliminary investigations with them, they confessed to their affiliation to ISIS and their participation in terrorist operations against the Iraqi forces, security and citizens, as well as providing logistical support to terrorist elements.
