The Poetry Association of the Palestinian Journalists and Writers’ Union has launched “Palestine International Award for Creativity” which will be given to distinguished literary works, including stories, children poetry, novels, diaries and memories on “Palestine, resistance and the freedom of Al-Quds”.
Palestinian story writer Abdul Fattah Idris, member of the General Secretariat of the Palestinian Writers Union, said that the award, which is supervised by independent cultural personalities from different countries, is being coordinated in Syria through the Arab Writers Union represented by poet Badee’ Saqqour.
Idris added that the Secretariat of the Palestine award invites all writers, poets and publishers from around the world to submit their works in English, Arabic, Persian and other languages in pdf files on the award’s website until April 29th, which coincides with Al-Quds International Day.
The first stage of the award, which was launched in Iran, includes tests for choosing the best work produced between 2015 and 2021.
