Foreign Ministry: The Israeli aggression on residential areas hours after the crime of ISIS shows the reality of the precise coordination between them

On March 7th, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Expatriates confirmed that the Israeli enemy’s aggression against residential areas hours after a crime committed by the terrorist organization “ISIS” shows the reality of the accurate and direct coordination between them.

The ministry said in a statement: “It was never a coincidence that the Israeli enemy launched a new aggression this morning, March 7, 2022, against residential areas in Damascus countryside, hours after the terrorist organization ISIS, on March 6, 2022, committed a crime that targeted a number of  brave Syrian Arab army soldiers  who were on their way to their homes,”

The statement said: “This ISIS-Israeli terrorist aggression shows the reality of accurate and direct coordination between the two criminal sides”.

The ministry added: The Syrian Arab Republic has warned of the repercussions of the repeated and extensive Israeli attacks on Syria and the heavy losses they cause in lives and infrastructure, in addition to terrorizing the civilian population, including children and women.

The ministry stressed that Israel and ISIS exploit international events to cover up their brutal aggression – that this will not make falsehood a reality and will not mislead the world about what “Israel” and “ISIS” are doing to promote their common goals

The ministry concluded its statement by saying: “Belief in international legitimacy and the role of the United Nations in addressing issues of international peace and security, the Syrian Arab Republic shoulders the United Nations and the Security Council in particular the responsibility and demands them not to deal with these serious risks with double standards and disregard for international law and the Charter of the United Nations in the service of some of the parties which support these attacks and defending their perpetrators.”
