Ukrainian authorities force Tunisian prisoners to participate in the war

On March 6thTunisian media reported that the Ukrainian authorities distributed a document to Tunisian prisoners inside Ukrainian prisons, inviting them to participate in the war against Russia in exchange for their release. 

Tunisian radio (Mosaique) stated that there was a document presented to the 5 Tunisian prisoners inside the Ukrainian prisons, to sign and so accept to participate in the war in exchange for their release. 

 

The radio called on the Tunisian authorities and human rights organizations to act. 

Ukrainian President Vladimir Zelensky had announced earlier that prisoners and criminalwould be released and sent to the battlefronts.
