Tehran (ST): Iranian Foreign Minister Hossein Amir Abdullahian announced Iran’s readiness to finalize a good and immediate agreement in the Vienna talks, pointing out that the presence of foreign ministers in Vienna and the announcement of the final agreement is subject to full compliance with the red lines announced by Iran, including the issue of effective economic guarantees.
During a telephone conversation with the European Union’s foreign policy chief, Josep Borrell, Abdullahian discussed the results of the Vienna negotiations regarding canceling the embargo on Iran, warning that the haste and urgency of the Western side cannot prevent Iran’s observance of Iran’s red lines.
Abdullahian welcomed reaching the final agreement as soon as possible, noting that Iran’s chief negotiator Ali Bagheri Kani and the rest of the experts will remain in Vienna for continuous and active consultation with all delegations.
“I am ready to come to Vienna when the western parties accept the remaining red lines that we have declared,” Abdullahian added.
