President Al-Assad discusses with Chairman of the Iraqi Popular Mobilization Commission joint security issues

DAMASCUS, March.2, (ST)- President Bashar Al-Assad received on Wednesday the Chairman of the Iraqi Popular Mobilization Commission Falih Al-Al-Fayyad. 
 
The talks between the two sides dealt with the cooperation between Syria and Iraq, especially the joint security issues that are related to controlling borders and fighting the terrorist groups there. 
 
The two sides stressed the importance of intensifying the efforts with the aim of confronting the attempts of the countries that sponsor terrorism to revive these organizations and to damage the stability that has been achieved by the Syrian and Iraqi armies on the borders.
