Israeli settlers on Saturday attacked the Palestinians’ properties in the town of Masafer Yatta in the West Bank.
Ratib Jabour, Coordinator of the Popular and National Committees to Resist the Wall and Settlement Expansion in the south Al-Khalil, told WAFA News Agency that under the protection of the Israeli occupation forces, extremist Israeli settlers stormed into the town of Masafer Yatta, south of Al-Khalil city, attacked the Palestinians’ properties and demolished 500 meters long chain of stone structures in order to expand settlement operations in that area.
On Friday, settlers attacked Palestinian lands in the town of Kafr Al-Deek in the West Bank city of Salfit and demolished an agricultural facility.
Such Israeli measures in the West Bank aim at forcing the Palestinians to leave their homes and areas to make way for more settlement expansion projects.
