Ukraine is ready to negotiate with Russia

Kiev (ST): An official in the Ukrainian President’s office announced today his country’s readiness to negotiate with Russia on what he called “the current situation.”

The official was quoted as saying by Sputnik: “Kiev is ready to negotiate with Russia, but it must get security guarantees,”

Deputy Chairman of the International Affairs Committee of the Russian Federation Council, Vladimir Jabarov, said in a press statement yesterday: “No one will negotiate with the current President of Ukraine, Vladimir Zelensky, and we expect that sooner or later a normal government will come to Ukraine.”
