Zakharova: US statements on Ukraine indicate the failure of their intelligence
Moscow (ST): The spokeswoman for the Russian Foreign Ministry, Maria Zakharova, considered the statements of US officials about the alleged Russian attack on Ukraine evidence of the failure of the US intelligence service.
Zakharova wrote on her Telegram channel “The statements of US Secretary of State Anthony Blinken, White House Press Secretary Jen Psaki, US State Department spokesman Ned Price and the rest of the propaganda team regarding an imminent Russian invasion of Ukraine testify to the failure of US intelligence.”
Zakharova had earlier ridiculed Western media reports that had set a date for the alleged Russian invasion against Ukraine and said, “We hope that the American and British media outlets such as Bloomberg, The New York Times, The Sun and others publish the schedule of Russian invasions for this year.”
