Social Nationalist Party in Lebanon condemns Israeli aggression on the vicinity of Damascus

The Syrian Social Nationalist Party in Lebanon condemned the recent Israeli missile aggression on areas in the vicinity of Damascus.

The party said in a statement released on Thursday that the Israeli enemy’s attack on Syrian territories aims to support terrorist organizations after they were defeated before the Syrian Arab Army and became besieged in the areas under the control of the American and Turkish occupation, calling for the widest Arab and international condemnation.

The statement concluded by saying: “The Syrian Social Nationalist Party affirms its steadfastness on the approach of resistance against terrorism and occupation and its support for the Syrian Arab Army, which is fighting the battle to defend our nation.”

One soldier was martyred and 5 others were wounded as a result of the Israeli missile attack on the vicinity of Damascus on Wednesday.

The Israeli attack caused damage to the houses and properties of the residents in Qedsaya city in north-west Damascus, according to the Syrian Arab News Agency (SANA).

Today, a Military Sources declared: “At 12:56 midnight, the Israeli enemy fired missiles from south-east Beirut, and at 1:10 it fired surface-to-surface missiles from the occupied Syrian Golan towards some points in the vicinity of Damascus.”

It added that our air defenses intercepted the missiles and downed several ones. 

“The Israeli attack killed one soldier and wounded 5 others and left material damage,” the source affirmed.
