SDF militia prevents students of the Faculty of Agriculture in al-Hasakah from submitting their exams

The US-backed  “SDF” militia  today prevented students of the Faculty of Agriculture, located in the Al-Kallaseh neighborhood in the city, from submitting their exams.

The branch of Al-Furat University in Al-Hasakah was bombed by the US occupation planes, under the pretext of the escape of detainees from the Industrial Secondary Prison in the Ghweran neighborhood on the twentieth of last month.

In a statement to SANA reporter, Dr. Jamal Al-Abdullah, director of the Euphrates University branch in Al-Hasakah stated that “SDF militia prevented students, faculty and administrative staff from entering the college to submit the exams scheduled for the first semester.” He noted that the university branch continued to seek a solution to the problem of preventing students who number about 2500 students.

Al-Abdullah pointed out that “despite all the difficulties, the university branch resumed university exams in colleges and institutes today, as places were secured for students of the faculties of civil engineering and economics after they were destroyed by the bombing of the American occupation planes under the pretext of pursuing fugitives from the industrial secondary prison.”

He referred to “the seriousness of the violations and acts of destruction that affected university buildings and threatened the future of thousands of students in Al-Hasakah Governorate.”

The SDF militia deliberately targets the educational infrastructure in Hasakah governorate. It destroys and closes schools and converts some of them into prisons and military headquarters. It also strikes university buildings and destroys college headquarters as well as completely seizing some college and institute buildings and imposing curricula in the schools which are conventional to their separatist schemes.
