Dozens of People from Deir Ezzor and Raqqa Join The Settlement Process

The settlement centers in al-Amel hall in Deir Ezzor and al-Sabkha in Raqqa witnessed the joining of dozens of wanted civilians and military personnel to the settlement process, as part of the efforts exerted to provide an opportunity for everyone who did not have blood on their hands to return to their normal lives.

Some of those who joined the settlement process indicated that they came from the Syrian Al-Jazira region and their status has been settled and they will return to their villages and lands, thanking the state and the leadership for this opportunity that enabled them and their families to return to their normal lives.

Others pointed out that they failed the compulsory service but made the settlement in preparation for joining the ranks of the Syrian Arab Army.

The settlement procedures are very simple and easy that they only require a copy of the ID card or the civil registration with two personal photos in order to sign the settlement form.

The settlement process in the center of the town of al-Sabkha in the eastern countryside of Raqqa is going on, as a number of wanted persons joined it today, Thursday, some of whom came and defied Qasad militia’s attempts and measures meant to impede their access to the settlement center.

In the coming days, the settlement process will continue in Raqqa and Deir Ezzor in order to provide the wanted civilians and fleeing military personnel who have failed the mandatory and reserve services with the chance to join the settlement.
