On January 31st, the US-backed SDF militias renewed their violations in the neighborhoods of the city of Hasakah under the pretext of searching for fugitives from the Industrial Secondary Prison.
Civil sources stated that SDF militias raided a number of houses in Al-Aziziya and Al-Zohour neighborhoods after almost completely encircling them and imposing a total ban on the entry and exit of the people, and kidnapped a number of civilians from them under the pretext of pursuing fugitives from the Industrial Secondary Prison and took them to an unknown destination.
The sources added that the SDFs militias demolished four houses and a pharmacy in the Ghweran neighborhood, and launched a massive campaign of raids under the pretext of pursuing fugitives from the Industrial Secondary Prison.
The sources said that the militias imposed a total ban on the neighborhoods of the city of Hasakah, accompanied by the prevention of the entry of vehicles, which negatively affected the availability of foodstuffs, and many types of materials were lost amid a state of resentment by the people.
Families of the neighborhoods of Ghweran and Al-Zohour are still in the temporary shelters in the center of the city of Hasakah because the SDF militias prevented them from entering their homes located in the southeastern side of the neighborhood.
