Settlement process kicks off in Kisweh town in Damascus countryside

Within the framework of completing the settlement agreement proposed by the Syrian State in several provinces, the town of Al-Kisweh and its vicinity in Damascus countryside on Saturday witnessed the beginning of a settlement process with the aim of perpetuating stability in the villages and towns of western Al-Ghouta area.

The process paves the way for many wanted citizens and military service deserters, willing to join the settlement process, to return to normal life and practice their active role in society.

Participants in this process lifted the Syrian flag and chanted slogans saluting the Syrian Arab Army and urging all to end a period of unstable life and start a new life with a strong determination to build what terrorism has destroyed. They expressed satisfaction over launching this process which will put an end to opponents’ doubts about its effectiveness and importance.

A number of participants stressed that the turnout of people seeking settlement expresses their will to return to normal life under the umbrella of the homeland so they can play their role in defending and rebuilding their country.

They hailed the national media’s role in clarifying the image of the settlement process which enemies of the homeland have tried to distort to impede the process of restoring stability countrywide.
