Syrian Army prevents US occupation vehicles from entering Hasakah city center

The Syrian Arab Army units on Saturday intercepted US occupation military vehicles and prevented them from entering Hasakah city center.

Two vehicles affiliated to the US occupation tried to enter Hasakah city center from the direction of Filasteen Street, but the Syrian soldiers at a checkpoint there intercepted them and forced them to retreat and leave the area, SANA reporter said.

This is not the first incident of this kind in Hasakah. The Syrian army and the citizens in different towns and villages in this province have previously intercepted several US convoys in expression of their rejection of the presence of US forces in Syria.

The US occupation forces have committed several crimes against the Syrians. They recently shelled several houses on the outskirts of Ghweiran neighborhood as well as a number of government buildings in the vicinity of the industrial school prison under the pretext of targeting ISIS terrorists who fled from the prison.
