RAMALLAH, Israeli occupation forces today detained at least 20 Palestinians, including former prisoners, during wide-scale raid operations in several areas in the occupied West Bank, Wafa News Agency reported.
In Bethlehem, the forces detained eight Palestinians, including two siblings, while in Jenin, four Palestinians, including a wounded man and a former prisoner, were detained.
Additionally, Israeli occupation soldiers detained three, including two former prisoners, from Ramallah. In Hebron, five Palestinians were detained.
Israeli settlers attacked Palestinian civilians in a north of West Bank town
Meanwhile in Nablus, a 17-year-old Palestinian youth was injured when Israeli settlers attacked civilians in the town of Huwwara, south of the northern West Bank city of Nablus, according to Ghassan Daghlas, a local official.
He told WAFA News Agency that, residents of Huwwara confronted the settlers when they converged on the town and attacked Palestinian commuters and homes on the main Nablus-Ramallah road, destroying windows and assaulting people, including the teenager who was taken to hospital for treatment.
