OCCUPIED AL-QUDS, Jan.13, (ST)- Hundreds of Palestinians alongside a delegation from the occupied Syrian Golan, participated on Thursday in a rally, in Ramallah city in the West Bank to express their solidarity with cancer-stricken Palestinian prisoner Nasser Abu Hamid.
The participants in the rally affirmed their solidarity with prisoners, who are being held in the Israeli occupation’s prisons, calling on the international community to urgently intervene and release the cancer-stricken prisoner Abu Hamid and save his life.
For his part, Syrian freed captive, Sedqi Al-Maqt, stressed the importance of supporting prisoners in the Israeli occupation’s prisons, especially the sick ones in the light of the international silence.
This morning, the mother of the prisoner Abu Hamid announced that she will start a hunger strike in solidarity with her son who entered into a coma since the 4th of this month.
