Bratislava (ST): The Slovak Communist Party called for the organization of a referendum on Slovakia’s withdrawal from the North Atlantic Treaty Organization (NATO) and the adoption of a policy of neutrality with an emphasis on building friendship and brotherly relations with Russia.
The party affirmed in a statement today that all the military interventions carried out by the United States in the world after World War II represented aggression and blatant interference in the internal affairs of the countries that were exposed to it.
The party added, “The American administrations always use their forces to achieve their geopolitical interests, that is, to gain influence or to consolidate their influence, and in the end result serve the economic interests of the rich elites and supranational financial and industrial groups.”
